This brick mid-century home had been in the same family since it was built in the 1960s. Not wanting to change the general architecture or layout too much, we focused on minor tweaks and updating fixtures and trim as well as completely reinventing the heart of the home, the fireplace. Oh, and it was nice to find impeccable hardwoods underneath the carpet too!
