An investment owner looking to reconfigure an old cold storage warehouse into multiple storage units and attract new tenants wanted a conceptual design for a facelift. The original structure, actually composed of three different structures built at different times, plays up each distinct architectural theme, while tying them together with a common palette, new windows and new garage doors.
